These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pro444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pro444 website located at https://pro444.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of pro444, including players from Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to the Platform is not otherwise restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on pro444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform for any reason, unless the Platform has expressly reinstated your Account in writing.
• You must not hold an existing Account on the Platform. pro444 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy.

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. pro444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending that verification.

Users must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify support immediately if any registered details change.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pro444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Users may fund their Account using payment methods made available in the cashier at the time of deposit. Payment channel availability is subject to change and depends on the operator's current payment infrastructure, applicable regulations, and third-party provider availability.

• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not accepted and will be returned pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• pro444 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or card payment. The mention of these methods elsewhere on the Platform is for contextual reference only.
• Deposit processing times depend on the payment provider and may be subject to compliance review at the operator's discretion.
• pro444 does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or limits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. The Platform may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud control.
• Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and depend on the operator's internal review procedures, the payment method selected, and any applicable compliance checks. Times shown elsewhere on the Platform are illustrative only.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period; these are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• Where a Bonus has been applied to your Account, withdrawal eligibility for Bonus-derived winnings is subject to full satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• pro444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, terms violation, or regulatory compliance review.

All Bonuses and promotional offers made available on pro444 are subject to these general Terms and the specific Bonus Terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in relation to that Bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, system glitches, or pricing anomalies in the Platform's games or betting markets.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security, access controls, or responsible gambling tools.
• Engaging in systematic Bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account strategies.

All content on the pro444 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of pro444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of pro444. The limited licence granted under Section 5 of these Terms does not extend to any commercial exploitation of Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pro444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any loss of funds, profits, data, business, or goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, payment processing delays, or incorrect odds.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local law regarding online gambling.
• Any third-party conduct, including payment provider delays, errors or service interruptions.

In all cases where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of pro444 to you shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pro444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gambling framework:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week or month. Once a limit is reached, further play is suspended for the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which the Platform will notify them and may restrict further play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to suspend their Account temporarily or permanently may do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion is enforced promptly and taken seriously.
• Reality Checks: The Platform may display time-in-session notifications to remind users of elapsed play time.

pro444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match manipulation or other criminal activity.
• Inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling the Platform to restrict access to certain users or jurisdictions.

Where an Account is closed and no breach of these Terms is established, any real-money balance (net of Bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable processing procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority.

Users in Pakistan are advised that Pakistani courts may exercise jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents and that Pakistani law — including consumer protection and contract law — may also apply. This clause does not constitute a waiver of any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Before escalating any dispute formally, we encourage users to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of account and payment queries can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

pro444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent on-site notice, and will update the "Last Reviewed" date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pro444 recommends reviewing this page at least once every 90 days to remain informed of any updates.
